What You’ll Do

• As Sol de Janeiro is growing and expanding, we are looking for a Finance Analyst to support with data consolidation and analysis

• The role supports the FP&A Senior Manager to control expenses and accounting for EMEA, and assists during key financial deadlines : Annual Operating Plan, Reforecast, long term planning.
• Directly reports to FP&A Senior Manager of EMEA, based in Paris.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Support Regional teams to track their expenses, past and future, and to have them properly booked by accounting
• Assist on monthly close for WHLS EMEA business (check expenses and prepare necessary journal entries)
• Support with data upload data in systems (retail sales, stock levels)
• Assist in updating and analyzing monthly KPI reports (Net Sales by customers, Retail sales, P&L by region/customers)
• Help conduct any specific channel-related financial analysis upon request of INTL Team.
• Special projects and financial ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
• Assist with presentation documents

Must Haves

• Must be fluent in English
• 1-2 years’ experience in Finance/Business analysis and FP&A or Accounting
• Experience in Beauty or other consumer goods is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot tables, lookups, index, etc)
• Experience with financial systems: ERP (SAP is a plus)
• Analytical skills; ability to identify critical concerns and report them to supervisor; problem-solving/ solution finder abilities.
• Pro-active; Ability to handle a multitude of projects
• Team player; interpersonal skills;
• Organization, rigor and prioritization skills
• Self-motivation; high energy level; ability to work independently; interest in learning, open-minded.
