We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing , 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices . Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Your Missions 🚀

• Define Product Craft & Excellence: Lead the UI and UX evolution of our product suite. You will be responsible for ensuring an high-end aesthetic that rivals world-class B2C benchmarks, in a very complex B2B environment.

• Architect AI-Native Workflows: Partner with the CEO to pioneer the integration of Agentic AI into our product DNA. You will transform complex professional workflows into intuitive, intent-driven experiences that move beyond traditional UI and UX patterns.

• Scale the Design Organization: Establish and professionalize our internal design operations. This includes taking full ownership of the Design System, ensuring it constantly evolves as a robust and scalable framework.

• Be team leader: Act as the primary authority on Product Design. You will manage and mentor the current design team (3 people), fostering a culture of high standards and iterative growth.

Your profile 🔍

• Master of Visual & Interaction Design: You possess an elite design skills and a track record of shipping world-class experience. You can bring high-end B2C standards to complex B2B environments, ensuring technical, mission-critical tools are both highly functional and visually sophisticated.

• Proven Leader & Mentor: You are a high-impact manager capable of professionalizing design operations and scaling a growing team. You lead by example, mentoring our current designers while fostering a culture of ownership and rigorous process.

• AI-Native Strategist: You are deeply interested and invested in the transition toward Agentic AI. You have the vision to reimagine traditional workflows into proactive, intent-driven experiences, partnering with the CEO to architect the next generation of AI-native B2B tools.

• Ambassador of Product Excellence: You hold the highest global standards for design quality, drawing inspiration from top-tier US-tech benchmarks. You are a proactive leader constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible to position WireMind at the top of the industry.

• Your profile: +10 years of experience with a significant portion spent in a high-growth "Tier 1" tech environment with proven track record. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment. You have a "global" design lens, preferably with exposure to US-based design cultures or teams.
