Senior Cloud Engineer
- maintaining Thunes cloud infrastructure highly available, provisioning cloud and servers via infrastructure automation tools
- keeping Thunes cloud infrastructure secure and up to date, running vulnerability scanning, applying patches, and configuration best practices
- ensuring the platform growth and scalability, designing highly available and secure architectures, and continuity plans
- answering to alerts and incidents related to the availability or security of the platform, helping different departments to troubleshoot issues
- setting up connectivity between Thunes and its partners, increasing Thunes network
- Secure, highly available, large-scale web application architecture
- Cloud environments (AWS is a plus),
- Linux (RHEL based is a plus) and Windows operating systems
- SQL databases (Postgres is a plus)
- Infrastructure automation (Ansible and Terraform are a plus) and version control systems (Git is a plus)
- Monitoring tools (Nagios and Prometheus are a plus)
- Container orchestration tools (Kubernetes is a plus)
- The following protocols: IP, TCP/UDP, IPSec, TLS, SMTP, DNS, SSH/SFTP
