Practice Area

BCG Platinion launched in Germany in 2000 to add deep technical expertise to the Boston Consulting Group's existing capabilities. Today, our presence spans across the globe, with offices in Asia, Europe, and South and North America. Our New York-based North American team began in 2014 and in 2017 acquired MAYA Design, a Pittsburgh-based digital design and innovation lab, to grow our capabilities around technology and design.

We support our clients' total digital transformation through technology, design, cybersecurity, and risk management & financial engineering capabilities. And together with BCG, BCG Platinion's interdisciplinary team of technical experts enable customized technical solutions and accelerate delivery value through new business platforms, application consolidations, and major system implementations.

What You'll Do

As a (Senior) Consultant specialized in ServiceNow, you will contribute to the design, configuration, and delivery of workflow solutions supporting IT and business transformation. You will work on core ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Configuration Management (CMDB). You will support workshops, functional design, and implementation of processes like incident, change, request, and service catalog. You will also contribute to discovery and service mapping initiatives, assist in CMDB data modeling, and progressively develop skills in AI-driven modules such as AI Control Tower and AIOps.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in client workshops and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Supporting testing, deployment, and user training.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and user experience.
• Learning to leverage ServiceNow's AI and automation features for predictive and proactive operations.

What You'll Bring

• 0-7 years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes (incident, change, request) and ITOM concepts.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow overall platform and modules including AI control tower and AIOps capabilities
• Awareness of CMDB, CSDM, and integrations (APIs, web services).
• Curiosity for AI/automation features such as AI Control Tower and AIOps.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) would be a plsu or willingness to obtain certification.
• Analytical mindset, collaborative working style, and strong problem-solving attitude.
