Digital Innovation Project Manager

PositionAs part of the Digital Department, you will play an active role in developing new omnichannel experiences to offer our customers a unique experience, as part of GUERLAIN's business growth and transformationJob ResponsabilitiesAs such, your missions are as follows:Participate in the management and steering of various innovation projects:Support the design and development of new technologies.Participate in the framing and definition of new solutions (identification of business needs, framing workshops, etc.) with the various teams (Marketing, Training, Business Development, CRM, etc.).Change management:Participate in the drafting of technology user guides and keep them up to date.Train markets in new projects and support them in their implementation.Track performance:Monitor launches and analyze key KPIsBenchmark:Identify retail, online, web 3 or Artificial Intelligence opportunitiesIdentify third-party solutions that can improve the customer experienceProfile Strong Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth market research, analyze data, and identify actionable insights.
