👀 What does success look like in this role?

Our Invoicing Success team is on a mission to deliver seamless, intuitive invoicing experiences that empower small entrepreneurs to manage their finances efficiently. The team is tight-knit, experienced, and supportive—with members in Paris, Lyon, and remote locations, working collaboratively in a high-autonomy environment.

We’re looking for a Fullstack web/mobile to join our growing team and bring fresh perspectives, leadership, and motivation. If you're passionate about building products that matter, leading by example, and working across the full stack from infrastructure to interface this role is for you.

Job located in📍 Paris, Berlin, Gdansk, or Copenhagen office , with possibility of two remote working days per week.

📋 Your role as a Fullstack web/mobile

As a Senior hire, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work, bringing a high level of technical expertise, product thinking, and team mentorship.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Review Pull Requests for quality and best practices across web and mobile.
  
• Contribute to feature development for both web and mobile applications.
  
• Assist and pair with other developers to share knowledge and troubleshoot.
  
• Deliver rapid, testable iterations of high-quality code.
  
• Refine project tasks and provide regular progress updates.
  
• Participate in discussions to improve our processes, tech, and tooling.

🔎 About you

Must-have skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a modern fullstack environment

• Strong expertise in:
  • React Native, TypeScript, React
  • Node.js
  • Microservices architecture
  • Cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or equivalent)
  • The Node ecosystem, including dev tooling (linters, tests, AI copilots), CI/CD, and release pipelines
• Solid understanding of the mobile app development process from development to release
• Fullstack mindset: mobile, but also front-end and back-end knowledge you’re comfortable across the board
• Experience with CI, system design, and organising codebases for scale
• Clear communicator with empathy. You listen, give feedback, and commit to collective success
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and user-centric thinking
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments

🚀 If you’re the right person, here’s what success looks like:

• 3 Months: Fully onboarded into our codebase, familiar with our tech stack and roadmap. At this stage, you’ll be delivering meaningful contributions and taking ownership of mobile-related initiatives.
• 6 Months: Led the successful delivery of significant features, co-owning the tech alongside the team. By this point, you’ll have a solid grasp of our domain’s knowledge and will be a key player in shaping future projects.
