The Marketing Development department is looking for a new intern to start in July 2026 and work until the end of December 2026.

 

What does this internship involve?

As part of the Marketing Development team, you will assist the cosmetics development product managers with:

 

1. Product innovation:

• Market research (trend analysis, performance, market/competition) to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.

• Participation in the development of new products with the various departments (research, formula & packaging development, scientific affairs teams): assistance with research and the creation of new concepts, product mix recommendations, development management (briefing and monitoring of formula and packaging retroplanning), participation in the implementation of efficacy tests.

2. Development of launch campaigns:

• Participation in 360° thinking

• Assistance in the development of launch assets (launch files, claims, etc.) in conjunction with marketing departments (digital, trade, training, etc.)

 

Required skills for this position:

• Interest and passion for the cosmetics market.

• Previous experience as an assistant product development manager in the cosmetics industry would be a plus.

• Good knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to synthesize information, organizational skills, dynamism, rigor, autonomy, creativity, team spirit, and responsiveness.

• Good interpersonal and writing skills

• Fluency in spoken and written English
