Vitamin Well is growing fast across Europe, and we’re now looking for an People Business Partner who wants to play an important role in shaping our people agenda in Western Europe. You’ll be the trusted partner for our teams in France and Benelux, with the scope likely to extend to additional countries . The role

As our go-to HR partner in the region, you’ll support leaders and teams in building a high-performing, engaged and scalable organisation. Your work will directly influence how we grow, how we lead, and how we enable people to succeed.

For this new role we invite you to be based in either Paris or Amsterdam.

What you will do
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for selected countries.

  • Advise managers on topics including workforce planning, recruitment, performance, compensation, employee relations, development and exits.

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and group policies, coordinating with legal and external advisers when needed.

  • Lead annual people processes including performance reviews, talent and succession planning, salary review and engagement follow-up.

  • Support organizational changes such as restructurings, integrations and evolving ways of working.

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment for key roles.

  • Coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and foster a strong performance-driven culture.

  • Analyse HR data and KPIs to identify trends, risks and opportunities - and turn insights into action.

  • Contribute to regional and group-wide HR initiatives and projects.

Who are you

You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a similar field, and bring solid experience as an HR Partner in international, fast-moving environments.

You have solid experience supporting commercial or operational teams across France and Benelux, and ideally also Switzerland. Your understanding of French labour law and HR practices is complemented by exposure to Benelux regulations. You enjoy switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution and naturally build strong relationships across cultures and functions. With a structured and analytical mindset, you bring clarity, drive and sound judgement to your work.

What you’ll bring
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an People Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role within an international, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong experience supporting teams in France, ideally combined with exposure to Benelux (especially Belgium).

  • Working knowledge of French law; additional knowledge of Benelux regulations (and other European countries) is a clear plus.

  • Experience partnering closely with commercial and/or operational leaders.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence across cultures and functions.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages such as Dutch or another Western European language are considered a strong advantage.
