That’s why we built Carbonfact , the only environmental data platform tailored for the textile and fashion industry. Our platform automates product-level life-cycle assessments (LCAs) and company-level carbon accounting, helping brands measure, model, and reduce their impact with precision.

Decarbonization Analyst

As a Decarbonization Analyst, you’ll work hands-on with some of the world’s most influential fashion brands to reduce their environmental impact. You’ll guide customers using data-driven insights and become a key partner in their sustainability journey.

Reporting to Director of Customer Operations Quentin Vassas (ex-Remote), you’ll play a pivotal role in deploying and supporting our customer base, and shaping what decarbonization at scale looks like for the fashion industry.

What you will do

  • Own the customer journey

    • Be the main point of contact for assigned accounts from onboarding to long-term success.

    • Understand customer goals to ensure a seamless, value-driven customer experience.

    • Communicate clearly and escalate any risks, blockers or complex requests efficiently.

    • Partner with Data, Engineering and Product teams to solve customer challenges and build scalable solutions.

  • Leverage data to create impact

    • Analyze and perform essential QA on customer datasets.

    • Generate reports and track KPIs to improve both customer outcomes and internal processes.

  • Continuously improve

    • Identify ways to enhance processes, customer experience, and engagement.

    • Collect and document customer feedback to support the evolution of our platform and services.

  • Manage work with structure

    • Manage customer requests, priorities and timelines with rigor and clarity.

    • Keep work organized, stakeholders aligned, and delivery on track.

Who you are

  • Experienced in B2B, customer-facing roles with multiple stakeholders

  • 0-3 years of professional experience

  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in performing data analysis

  • Experience or knowledge in decarbonization, sustainability or climate topics

  • Capable of grasping new concepts quickly, and passionate about teaching others

  • High proficiency in English

  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate

  • Transparent compensation framework with level-based salary and equity; promotions tied to impact and performance; the salary range for this role is €41K - €50K per year commensurate with experience. An additional 10% collective bonus comes on top, which makes the total package €45k - €55k.
