HIRING: CHEF DE CUISINE (FRENCH SPECIALITY) FOR 6 STAR LUXURY CRUISE
Salary: $6,700/month (Tax-free)
Rotation: 4 months in / 2 months off
About the Role: The Chef de Cuisine leads the French specialty restaurant, ensuring authentic culinary execution, consistent fine-dining standards, and strong operational control within the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Advanced expertise in classical French cuisine within fine-dining environments
- Proven background in fine dining, luxury hotels, or Michelin or Rosette restaurants
- Minimum 8 years culinary experience including 3 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or upscale cruise line
- Proven leadership managing international kitchen brigades
- Strong financial management capability including food cost control and budgeting
- Solid knowledge of USPH and HACCP standards o Fluent English o Valid STCW certification, C1/D visa, Seaman’s
