Internship - Social Business Analyst

VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS

What You’ll Do

AXA EssentiALL i s looking for a profile with strong interest in social business, social impact and financial inclusion [1] . The future intern’s primary mission will be to support the team on projects and partnerships to deploy inclusive insurance in emerging markets (Morocco, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire and others depending on the need) and on transversal projects (i.e. climate & impact).

• Support desk research on prospect public and private partners, competition, impact, legal schemes and national plan on financial health/inclusion.
• Engage with AXA local teams dedicated to inclusive insurance and support them by bringing potential partnerships to fruition and preparing discussion material (i.e. pitches).
• Support in building a network for sharing operational best practices amongst our geographies.
• Support on ad-hoc transversal project management on the topics of climate and impact narrative & measurement.

VOTRE PROFIL

Who You Are:

• Genuine interest in international development and/or social entrepreneurship. Experience in financial inclusion is a strong plus.
• Multi-Lingual: French and English (mandatory), Arabic (strong plus).
• Analytical mind with strong project management and planning skills.
• MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point – advanced level (mandatory)
• Able to work in a team as well as autonomously.
• Have a sense of humor.
