Education Senior Project Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate global brand and marketing strategies into impactful Education strategies and programs, ensuring clear alignment between brand ambition, product launches and retail execution.
• Lead the development and implementation of global Education & Retail Excellence strategies, with a strong focus on client experience, selling ceremony, clientelling, product expertise and commercial excellence across all markets.
• Drive excellence in the execution of global launches, ensuring the development, delivery and implementation of all training toolkits, learning assets (BAs app) and Education materials in line with launch timelines, brand guidelines and business priorities.
• Develop innovative and engaging education tools with an absolute focus on the end customer, including product and category knowledge, storytelling, selling skills, selling ceremony and customer experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Business Dev & OO, IM/PR, Merchandising, Fashion Houses and local markets to ensure a consistent 360° approach to retail excellence and seamless translation of brand strategy into the consumer experience.
• Build strong relationships with local markets and key stakeholders, providing guidance and expertise to ensure effective implementation and adaptation of global education tools.
• Drive the digitalization of global education, leveraging mobile learning and innovative digital formats to maximize engagement, reach and learning effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze Education & Retail KPIs, using insights to measure impact, identify opportunities and continuously optimize programs and ways of working.
• Ensure excellence in project management, including timelines, budget, asset development, delivery, implementation and continuous optimization of education programs and tools.
• Contribute to defining the Global Education identity, vision and ways of working, strengthening consistency, creativity and excellence across markets and brands.
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of two, setting clear objectives, fostering collaboration and innovation, and supporting individual growth and performance.

PROFILE

• 6+ years’ work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education.
• Fragrance background.
• Excellent communicator in English - both verbal & written.
• Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility and flexibility.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment.
• Digital-savvy.
• Able to share their passion for brands and retail.
• Travel varies depending on global markets’ needs and may be extensive.
