Christian Dior Performance Marketing Manager EMEA (H/F)

Position

Christian Dior Couture is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager EMEA to support Dior's EMEA performance marketing strategy, driving execution excellence, performance effectiveness and operational governance across Paid Search and Paid Social for 33 markets.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, project management and business performance. It ensures the successful orchestration of Dior's Paid Search and Paid Social activations across markets, agencies and internal stakeholders. You will translate business priorities into actionable performance marketing plans, support budget allocation decisions, coordinate campaign launches, monitor performance and maintain the highest execution standards across the region.

Job responsibilities

Performance Marketing Regional & Local Strategy

Coordinate EMEA performance media campaign planning, strategy localization and execution across Paid Search and Paid Social activations.

Partner closely with central and regional teams across Media, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, Data and Marketing to ensure consistent, efficient and brand-safe activations.

Build a robust performance measurement framework with clear business targets at regional and market levels, supporting topline & profitability growth for Digital & Retail.

Paid Social & Paid Search Performance Operations

Co-build and share Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns briefs for seasonal collection launches, Digital & Retail events and commercial festivities.

Define custom local audience strategies to support specific clienteling objectives, such as recruitment, retention and development, across retail and digital channels.

Monitor campaign performance using appropriate attribution models and tools to identify optimization opportunities.

Cross-Markets Localization & Coordination

Partner with regional teams to define business priorities, including product categories & lines to promote, local festivities and events, and adapt planning and audience strategies accordingly.

Facilitate cross-market collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination.

Support performance marketing, acculturation and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

Partner with media agencies and advertising partners to ensure best-in-class campaign activation, performance effectiveness and operational excellence.

Challenge brief restitutions, validate media plans and ensure timely execution.

Support the adoption of new platform capabilities, optimization opportunities and performance marketing innovations.

Budget & Performance Measurement Steering

Support annual, quarterly and monthly media budget planning, in close coordination with regional, central media and finance teams.

Monitor budget delivery and performance against business targets for 33 markets in 2 regions (Europe and Middle East) from Platforms, Site Centric and Attribution Models perspectives.

Contribute to agile budget allocation and efficiency initiatives across markets and channels to unlock incremental business opportunities.

Profile

6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Acquisition or E-commerce Marketing.

Strong experience operating in multi-market or regional organizations , ideally across Europe or EMEA.

Proven experience across Paid Search and Paid Social planning, activation and optimization.

Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders in complex business environments.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance steering, budget management and forecasting .

Experience with data, reporting, attribution and measurement solutions such as GA4, Wizaly

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills .

Luxury, fashion, beauty or premium retail experience is highly appreciated

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Paid Social platforms.

Familiarity with feed optimization, e-commerce analytics and performance marketing technologies.
