This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Security Services Consultant - DevSecOps is to assist customers in implementations of CyberArk’s products and integration into existing pipeline and orchestration tooling. In performing this responsibility, the Security Services Consultant - DevSecOps will be assigned with multiple simultaneous implementations in various parts of the country. This position requires up to 30% nationwide travel. In addition, the position requires providing technical support activities and managing technical relationships with customers. The Security Services Consultant - DevSecOps will report to Manager, Security Services - DevSecOps.Responsibilities: Lead on-site and remote implementations and onboarding engagements with customersAssist customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelinesAssist customers with integration patterns with developer pipeline and orchestration toolingHelp maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for growthCollaborate in the ongoing development of training materials and curriculaCollaborate and mentor the team on consulting and development activitiesSupport the Security Services - DevSecOps team by assisting with technical escalations support dutiesCollaborate with other CyberArk departments to ensure coordination and completion of all additional implementation-related tasksUp to 30% travelQualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar fieldTwo or more years of experience in a technical / implementation role deploying enterprise softwareTwo or more years of experience in a developer roleDemonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture conceptsFamiliarity with software lifecycle and orchestration toolingDemonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibilitiesAbility to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, independent tasks and ensure accurate completionAbility to train technical usersAbility to conduct technical presentationsExperience with UNIX operating systemsExperience with programming / scriptingExceptional written and verbal communications skillsFamiliarity with PKIFluency in French ​Our Commitment We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
