Your Job

At Sparteo, we believe that efficiency is the key to unlocking massive growth. We're looking for a talented Automation Engineer to join our team and become the central pillar of our internal process automation. 🚀

You will be the architect and builder of the systems that make our business run smoother, faster, and smarter. By leveraging your technical skills, you will design and implement robust automation workflows that have a direct impact on our Sales, Operations, and Product teams. If you love solving complex problems with technology and are an expert with tools like n8n, this role is for you.

To specify :

• Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows, primarily using our core platform, n8n.
• Collaborate closely with various teams across the company to understand their pain points, map out processes, and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Develop and integrate APIs to connect our internal tools and external services (like OpenAI, Google Workspace, and various data sources) into seamless, reliable systems.
• Establish a structured and scalable foundation for our automations, ensuring they are robust, well-documented, and easy to maintain.
• Integrate AI and LLM functionalities into our workflows to enhance data enrichment, content generation, and decision-making processes.
• Act as the technical reference for automation best practices, empowering other teams and contributing to a culture of efficiency.

Your profile for this job

• You have 2-3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Automation Engineer, Technical Operations, or Backend Developer.
• You have deep, hands-on expertise with n8n or similar automation platforms (e.g., Make/Integromat, Zapier at an advanced level), and a passion for building sophisticated workflows.
• You possess a strong technical foundation, with a solid understanding of APIs (REST), webhooks, and data structures (JSON).
• You are a natural problem-solver with a structured and analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex processes into logical, automated steps.
• You are an excellent communicator and enjoy working cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• You are proactive, autonomous, and driven to create a tangible impact on business operations.
• You are fluent in both French and English .

Even better if you have... 😉

• Experience with HubSpot CRM, particularly its APIs and automation features.
• Knowledge of a scripting language like Python or JavaScript/Node.js.
• A previous experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
