Murex Integration Consultant

We provide expert financial software consulting for investment banks and leading financial institutions in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe regions. With a strong front to back expertise of the cash, securities and derivatives markets, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of financial markets technologies.

We are seeking highly skilled Murex Integration Consultant to work on a customer facing role to drive one of our client's Murex activities and projects in Paris, France with the following responsibilities:

• Provide production support and participate in implementation projects in Murex Datamart/ Interface Streams.
• Develop expertise and participate in the build of Murex Interface/ Reporting solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring successful follow up of issues from notification to resolution and validation.
• Participation in implementation projects, delivery of interfaces, clearing systems, customers internal systems (e.g. core banking) and trade migrations.
• Maintain good understanding and knowledge of the best practices.
• Reporting issues and suggestions to the management.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and follow-up on the interfacing related activities.
  

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or STEM disciplines.

• Min 3 years of Murex experience on Datamart and Interface.
  
• Have experience with Operating Systems: Linux, Windows.
  
• Solid experience with Java (Apache Camel), Unix Shell Scipting, XML, SQL, etc
• Strong proficiency with Datamart - Reports Development, Batch of Feeders/ extractions or Interface - MxML Interface, Workflow.
• Experience in the design, build, configuration and testing of Reports/ Interface.
• Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities and manage business expectations.
• Must be customer driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
• Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills.
