L'équipe

L'équipe IT Emeria Benelux travaille pour l'ensemble du périmètre Groupe, en lien étroit avec les équipes IT des différents pays. Sa mission ? Assurer la fiabilité, la modernisation et la sécurité du système d'information, tout en accompagnant les transitions technologiques majeures du Groupe.

Tu rejoins l'équipe Infrastructure, où tu travailleras directement sous la supervision de l'Infra Manager, en tant qu'acteur clé de la migration et de l'évolution du patrimoine infrastructurel vers le cloud.

Contexte

Le Groupe est engagé dans une migration stratégique de son infrastructure vers AWS. Aujourd'hui, l'environnement repose sur des serveurs Windows physiques (location de serveurs dédiés), et l'objectif est de basculer progressivement l'ensemble de ce patrimoine vers une infrastructure cloud moderne.

Ce projet de migration est un chantier structurant pour le Groupe, piloté en collaboration étroite avec les équipes IT France, qui jouent un rôle de référence dans la mise en place d'AWS au niveau international.

Le poste est ouvert sur l'ensemble du périmètre Benelux, avec un focus marqué sur l'infrastructure cloud AWS, complété par de solides compétences en infrastructure on-premise et en réseaux. Tu travailleras en lien direct avec l'Infra Manager et collaboreras régulièrement avec les équipes françaises pour assurer la cohérence et la bonne exécution de la stratégie cloud du Groupe.

Missions principales

1/ Migration et modernisation de l'infrastructure

Tu es un acteur central de la migration de l'infrastructure vers AWS et contribues à faire évoluer l'environnement technique du Groupe vers le cloud.

Concrètement, tu es amené(e) à :

• Participer activement à la migration de l'infrastructure existante (serveurs Windows physiques) vers AWS, en lien avec les équipes France et l'Infra Manager.

• Concevoir, déployer et maintenir des environnements cloud AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, etc.) en suivant les bonnes pratiques d'architecture cloud.

• Gérer l'infrastructure as code via des outils comme Terraform pour automatiser le provisioning et assurer la reproductibilité des environnements.

• Contribuer à la définition et à l'évolution de l'architecture infrastructure du Groupe dans le cadre de la stratégie de migration.

• Assurer la transition des workloads on-premise vers le cloud en garantissant la continuité de service.

2/ Exploitation, support et gouvernance de l'infrastructure

Ton rôle consiste à assurer la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité de l'ensemble du périmètre infrastructurel, cloud et on-premise.

À ce titre, tu seras amené(e) à :

• Administrer et maintenir en conditions opérationnelles les environnements AWS et les infrastructures réseaux associées.

• Gérer la supervision, le monitoring et la résolution des incidents infrastructure, en assurant une communication claire avec les équipes métier et IT.

• Collaborer avec les équipes France sur la mise en œuvre des standards AWS et l'harmonisation des pratiques au niveau Groupe.

• Apporter ton expertise infrastructure et réseau pour sécuriser les environnements, gérer les interconnexions et garantir la robustesse du SI.

• Documenter les architectures, les procédures et les configurations pour assurer la pérennité et la transmission des connaissances.

• Être force de proposition pour améliorer continuellement les pratiques, les outils et l'organisation de l'infrastructure.

Profil recherché

Expérience & hard skills :

• De formation en informatique ou systèmes d'information, tu justifies de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum sur des postes infrastructure, cloud ou systèmes.

• Tu maîtrises la stack AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch…) et as une expérience concrète de migration ou de déploiement d'infrastructure cloud.

• Tu as de l'expérience avec des outils d'Infrastructure as Code, notamment Terraform, et tu es à l'aise avec l'automatisation.

• Tu possèdes de solides notions en réseaux (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls, interconnexions on-premise / cloud) qui te permettent d'appréhender les sujets d'infrastructure dans leur globalité.

• Tu as évolué dans un environnement Windows (administration serveurs, Active Directory) et sais gérer la coexistence d'environnements on-premise et cloud.

• Le français est ta langue de travail principale ; l'anglais courant est indispensable pour collaborer avec les équipes Groupe. Le néerlandais est un vrai plus dans le contexte Benelux.

• Le sens du service et la collaboration sont au cœur de ta manière de travailler : tu sais te coordonner avec les équipes techniques tout en gardant l'utilisateur final en tête.

The team

The IT Emeria Benelux team works for the entire Group perimeter, in close collaboration with the IT teams of the different countries. Its mission? To ensure the reliability, modernization, and security of the information system, while supporting the Group's major technological transitions.

You will join the Infrastructure team, where you will work directly under the supervision of the Infra Manager, as a key player in the migration and evolution of the infrastructural assets towards the cloud.

Context

The Group is committed to a strategic migration of its infrastructure to AWS. Currently, the environment is based on physical Windows servers (dedicated server rental), and the objective is to gradually transition all of these assets to a modern cloud infrastructure.

This migration project is a structuring initiative for the Group, managed in close collaboration with the IT France teams, who play a reference role in the implementation of AWS internationally.

The position is open across the entire Benelux perimeter, with a strong focus on AWS cloud infrastructure, complemented by solid skills in on-premise infrastructure and networks. You will work in direct liaison with the Infra Manager and collaborate regularly with the French teams to ensure the consistency and proper execution of the Group's cloud strategy.

Main missions

1/ Migration and modernization of the infrastructure

You are a central player in the migration of the infrastructure to AWS and contribute to evolving the Group's technical environment towards the cloud.

Specifically, you will be involved in:

• Actively participating in the migration of the existing infrastructure (physical Windows servers) to AWS, in liaison with the French teams and the Infra Manager.

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, etc.) by following cloud architecture best practices.

• Managing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform to automate provisioning and ensure environment reproducibility.

• Contributing to the definition and evolution of the Group's infrastructure architecture within the framework of the migration strategy.

• Ensuring the transition of on-premise workloads to the cloud while guaranteeing service continuity.

2/ Infrastructure operation, support, and governance

Your role is to ensure the availability, performance, and security of the entire infrastructural perimeter, both cloud and on-premise.

In this capacity, you will be involved in:

• Administering and maintaining AWS environments and associated network infrastructures in operational condition.

• Managing the supervision, monitoring, and resolution of infrastructure incidents, ensuring clear communication with business and IT teams.

• Collaborating with the French teams on the implementation of AWS standards and the harmonization of practices at the Group level.

• Providing your infrastructure and network expertise to secure environments, manage interconnections, and guarantee the robustness of the IS.

• Documenting architectures, procedures, and configurations to ensure the sustainability and transfer of knowledge.

• Being a driving force for proposing continuous improvements to infrastructure practices, tools, and organization.

Profile

Experience & hard skills:

• With a degree in IT or information systems, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or systems roles.

• You have mastered the AWS stack (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch…) and have concrete experience in migrating or deploying cloud infrastructure.

• You have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform, and are comfortable with automation.

• You possess solid knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls, on-premise/cloud interconnections) that allows you to grasp infrastructure topics in their entirety.

• You have worked in a Windows environment (server administration, Active Directory) and know how to manage the coexistence of on-premise and cloud environments.

• French is your primary working language; fluent English is essential for collaborating with Group teams. Dutch is a real asset in the Benelux context.
