This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Safety. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

Manage and operate data management tools, with a strong focus on REDCap (essential) and Clean Web.

Design and validate Case Report Forms (CRFs) within REDCap.

Oversee clinical study data tracking and ensure high-quality data collection and validation.

Create and manage database freezes (cofreeze) and coordinate study-specific data activities.

Maintain study documentation and ensure compliance with data management standards.

Prepare regular data management status reports for stakeholders.

Requirements
About You

Experience: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years- talent matters most to us!)

Skills: Hands-on experience with REDCap is essential and strong knowledge of CRF design and data validation processes.

Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or related field.

Languages: Fluency in French & English
