MiStrat is one of the Key Digital Product, with a bold ambition to transform the corporate strategy definition, to leverage all available data and breakthrough technologies to streamline and optimize strategic plans, prioritize the company portfolio, explore acquisition scenarios and model their impact.

In this roleyou will lead an initiative with the potential to redefine how we define the corporate strategy and continuously keep it up to date: MiStrat. Your mission, working alongside a dedicated team of highly talented individuals, is to spearhead the conception and creation of MiStrat - a paradigm-shifting digital product set to fundamentally transform how pharmaceutical portfolios are built and potential acquisitions are evaluated.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee a high-performing team delivering cutting-edge solutions. Define product strategies and champion a culture of innovation
• Ensure feature prioritization, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies
• Spearhead portfolio Governance with senior Business and Digital leadership
• Lead Pod staffing/budget to secure value delivery and key outputs
• Drive standardization of processes, tools, and technologies across the Accelerator teams
• Promote skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth

About you

You'll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company.

As well as experience of:

• AI/GenAI model industrialization
• Defining an executing product strategies and roadmaps which deliver measurable results' aligned with business objectives
• Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design, and Integration
• Making commercially and strategically sound decisions

You'll also need the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Track-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
