Chanel Internship - Talent Acquisition - Europe - January 2027 - M/F/D
- Identify and screen t he most relevant talent in Workday, in close partnership with the Regional Team and nine European markets.
- Deliver innovative sourcing strategies, combining direct outreach on LinkedIn, market mapping, talent-pool engagement and campus relations.
- Inform recruitment decisions through regular reporting on candidate availability, candidate quality and market trends.
- Become a trusted sourcing partner and help build sustainable talent pipelines across Europe.
- Support Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition and Development team by creating the conditions for a smoother, more structured and effective recruitment process.
- Exploring a wide variety of profiles and business functions with genuine curiosity
- Operating in a multicultural, multi-market context rich in perspectives
- Making others more effective by building structured and seamless recruitment processes
- Creating a unique and engaging candidate experience
- Exploring how AI and technology can make sourcing more innovative and impactful
- Initial sourcing experience gained in a recruitment agency and/or C orporate environment.
- Practical experience using an ATS, ideally Workday, to identify and track candidates.
- A strong interest in the use of artificial intelligence to support recruitment and sourcing.
- Fluent English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Europe.
- Proficiency in another European language, considered an asset in a multi-market environment.
- Build deep sourcing expertise within a unique luxury environment
- Gain exposure to a wide range of strategic business functions
- Participate in high-impact, cross-functional HR projects
- Access dedicated training on recruitment practices and optimisation
- Develop a practical understanding of talent development across the company
