Retail Media – and particularly Sponsored Ads – represents a strategic growth area. We believe that smart, data-driven advertising not only improves the user experience but also drives tangible ROI for our partners.

To support this vision, we are hiring an Advertising Account Manager with strong commercial acumen and business development skills , who will take ownership of a strategic portfolio of International sellers and contribute to the growth of our advertising business.

MISSIONS

As an Account Manager, your role combines client success, campaign performance, commercial strategy, and growth development :

  • Become a subject matter expert on ManoMano’s Sponsored Products and Retail Media solutions.

  • Manage a portfolio of key european brands and sellers: onboarding, performance monitoring, and growth acceleration.

  • Actively develop business opportunities with existing and new sellers to fuel portfolio growth.

  • Build and deliver tailored optimisation plans to help advertisers achieve their business goals.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC...) to drive ongoing improvements.

  • Act as a performance consultant: identify upsell opportunities and provide strategic advice to grow accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Data, Marketing) to improve tools and deliver best-in-class support.

PROFILE

  • English: fluent, both written and spoken.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or media account management.

  • Proven experience in advertising : campaign performance optimisation, ideally with search/display advertising

  • Strong analytical mindset: able to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.

  • Experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Italian.

  • Experience working with marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.

  • Familiarity with the needs and expectations of marketplace sellers in international markets.
