Context

Marble is a fintech infrastructure startup, backed by 42Cap, Passion Capital, and Hexa . The company believes that modern banking operations should be real-time and data sovereign, enabling Compliance Officers to run efficient operations with tight expert teams rather than large outsourced analyst groups.

Marble is building a groundbreaking open-source compliance platform for banks and fintechs, featuring autopilot capabilities for investigation, reporting, and detection tuning. The platform is already delivered to over 50 customers worldwide.

Based in central Paris, Marble is expanding its team of industry experts to scale its product and sales efforts.

Missions

• Own full-cycle hiring: from intake with hiring managers to offer — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing, ensuring every process moves smoothly and candidates remain engaged.
• Source proactively by finding the best candidates rather than waiting for applications; build and run outbound sourcing across all functions.
• Conduct first screening calls to assess candidate fit and motivation, protecting the team’s time by forwarding only suitable candidates.
• Orchestrate the interview process by coordinating interview loops, assigning tasks, preparing interviewers, and keeping all parties aligned and efficient.
• Build the hiring machine by setting up and managing an ATS, defining a clean and scalable hiring process, and providing visibility on the recruitment pipeline; lay the groundwork for employer branding.
• Provide a first layer of People/HR support (~15% of the role), assisting managers and the team with onboarding and everyday people topics in an HRBP-style capacity that will grow with the team.

Hiring Process

• Initial screening call with one of the founders for role introduction and discussion
• Call with the second founder
• On-site practical exercise in Paris (mock intake + sourcing) and team meeting, followed by a debrief
