As a Proposal Specialist within the Professional Services Content division, you will be responsible for supporting the sale of services to our customers. You will primarily work within the Professional Services sales team and support the entire sales cycle, from proposal development to opportunity booking.

Your impact

Your role will place you at the heart of our sales and delivery processes. You'll act as the main point of contact for the sales team, assisting them with:
  • Drafting proposals and preparing opportunity quotes
  • Initiating the approval process in our CRM in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Following up on the booking of sales opportunities
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Maintaining our documents repository up to date
You will also support the Professional Services Delivery organization by:
  • Obtaining the necessary approvals for any subcontractor involvement
  • Drafting statements of work for subcontractors
  • Initiating the approval process in our CRM
Occasionally, you will also be responsible for managing simple sales opportunities under the supervision of a sales representative.

You are great at
  • Being a team player: interacting with the team, understanding their needs, and providing day-to-day support
  • Diligently following Sales Operations-related processes
  • Finding creative ways to improve and accelerate existing process/workflows
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders outside your organization, and building and maintaining trustful relationships with them
What it takes
  • Background in Sales Operations, preferably within a software company.
  • Strong understanding of key sales business processes and ordering mechanisms,
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions (Salesforce or equivalent),
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality,
  • Experience working in an international environment,
  • Full professional proficiency in business English and French
