WHY WE NEED YOU ?

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Customer Success Management (CSM) team to support the development and retention of our customers.

Your mission will be to support CSMs in their daily interactions with clients and contribute to improving customer processes in order to help maintain and grow our customer base while delivering a high-quality client experience.

You will be part of a team of 13 people, dedicated to supporting, retaining, and developing Scaleway customers through strong relationships and a deep understanding of their business and technical challenges. The team works closely on customer follow-up, process improvement, and cross-functional projects with other internal teams.

For this precise position, you’ll be immersed in 2 squads of the CSM team: the low-touch (1 person) and the startup pod (3 employees)

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks

• Contribute to our low-touch strategy (addressing many customers with a one-to-many approach) by sending the right information at the right time to our customers under different formats: mailing, webinar, in-person event, etc.
• Analyze your campaigns and suggest format improvements based on results
• Contribute to and update the data of our customer health score. This helps identify growing customers but also accounts at risk
• Identify accounts within our low-touch portfolio that would require more regular touch-points from other members of the CSM team
• Organise, prepare and participate in customer meetings alongside CSMs, in particular for our low-touch and startup squads
• Provide client meeting minutes, ensure follow-up actions are clearly identified and support follow-up
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve CSM processes and tools

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS :

• Currently a Master’s student (M1 or M2) in a business school or engineering school
• Good communication skills, ability to structure information and produce clear written summaries
• Analytical skills, able to tell a story from data
• First experiences through school projects, internships, or student jobs
• Oral and written fluency in French and English is a must; fluency in another European language (German, Italian, Spanish for ex.) will be a plus
• Strong interest in customer relationship management and the tech/cloud ecosystem
• Comfortable working with digital tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
