The Internship

• Start: January 2027

• Duration: 6 months (convention de stage required)

• Location: on-site, Le Peletier office, Paris 9th

• Stipend: €1,250 gross per month + hiring bonus on direct-sourcing hires

Your Mission

Zefir is hiring across Sales, Engineering, Product and Ops, and the Talent team is the engine behind it. You'll join as the first Talent Acquisition intern, working day to day with our Founding Talent Lead, in a team that reports directly to the CEO.

This is not an admin internship. You'll own real pipelines, talk to candidates every day, and help build the AI-powered recruiting machine we run on. By the end of the six months, you'll have recruited people who are still at Zefir years later.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates for live roles (LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome to the Jungle, job boards, school networks, referrals) and write outreach that actually gets replies.

• Scope: Sales, Account Managers, Marketing, Operations, etc.

• Screen applications and run first-round qualification calls.

• Coordinate interviews end to end in Ashby and make every candidate feel taken care of, including the ones we don't hire.

• Help run our Sales Graduate Program intake: school relations, campus events, assessment days.

• Build and improve our recruiting automations and AI workflows (scoring, sourcing, reporting) alongside the Talent Lead.

• Track funnel data and turn it into weekly insights for hiring managers.

• Contribute to employer branding: job posts, candidate pages, LinkedIn content.

What You Bring

• You're enrolled in a business school, engineering school or university (Master's level) and can sign an internship agreement (convention de stage) for 6 months from January 2027.

• You love meeting people and you can tell, after a 20-minute call, what makes someone great.

• You write clearly and quickly, in English and French.

• You're organised: twenty candidates in flight doesn't scare you, and nothing falls through the cracks.

• You're curious about AI tools and like automating some repetitive parts of your job.

• A first experience in recruiting, sales or a startup is a plus, not a requirement.

Process

1. 20-minute call with David (Talent Lead)

2. Practical case: live role-play on sourcing + outreach for a real Zefir role (nothing to prepare beforehand)

3. Meeting with Remy (CEO)

4. Decision within 48 hours
