Python Backend and GenAI Engineer

Legacy ERP systems are stuck in the past.
SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, they still rely on assumptions from the early 2000s. We're building what comes next: an AI-native ERP that’s autonomous, agent-driven, and composable by design. Built for the real-world needs of mid-sized companies such as wholesalers and B2B brands. We’re moving fast from zero to one.
What you'll build with us
This mission focuses on working on:
Configuration agents to help users create their automation workflows, adapt the data model to their particular needs, enforce their processes
Data querying agents to extracts precise metrics and information
Our engineering principles
Backend APIs that are clean, consistent and performant using Django (django-ninja) and Pydantic
A database model optimized for complex workflows, high-frequency queries and AI interfacing
Observability of the features you own (using Logfire)
Foundations for AI-native interfaces (RAG, agents, orchestration logic) woven into the product layer, not bolted on
This mission focuses on importing the data from current ERPs into our product in order to bring value instantly to our user by exposing analytics and AI querying agents on their data.
What you bring
Expertise in python web backend development (Django optional)
Past experiences of pushing GenAI features in production
Deep knowledge of API design, data modeling and query optimization
Understanding of monitoring, observability and debugging in production
Why this matters
You’ll help invent a new category of enterprise software. This is not just another CRUD app, we’re building real-time orchestration engines, intelligent agents, and proactive interfaces. This is foundational work, built by a small, highly skilled team.
