Seasonal Position in Greece

Most people imagine working in Greece as sunshine, music and easy days by the pool.

What they don’t imagine is responsibility.

Because when guests relax at the pool or the beach, someone has to stay focused. Someone has to stay alert. Someone has to be ready.

This is not just a summer job in Greece.
It’s a position where safety comes first.

When you arrive, the complicated part of relocating is already handled. Your accommodation is organised. Your meals are included. Your contract and insurance are prepared. You live and work directly at the resort in Greece, so you don’t waste time commuting or worrying about logistics.

Your role is clear: you supervise pool and/or beach areas, ensure safety regulations are respected and react quickly if something unexpected happens. You stay attentive even when others relax. You remain calm when others panic. You represent security and professionalism in a holiday environment.

This is not a “party job”. It is a responsible seasonal role in Greece with structure and expectations.
That said — you will live in the sun, work in a resort environment and share the season with an international team. It would be unrealistic to pretend this isn’t also a unique summer experience.

You will work 5–6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will represent safety in a professional hospitality environment.

Requirements

You must hold a valid lifeguard certificate. That part is not optional. You need to be confident in rescue procedures and first aid. English is required, as you communicate with guests from different countries. Previous experience helps — but your certification and your awareness matter most.
