Sage Parts supplies replacement parts and accessories for all types and brands of GSE.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow an assigned sales territory. Individual will be based in a territory which may include some air travel and overnight stays as needed within assigned geography.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitable sales within assigned geography.

· Execute company sales strategies supporting company initiatives.

· Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve company position within marketplace.

· Build and maintain customer relationships from the work floor to the c-suite.

· Conduct business reviews and meetings with customers.

· Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals.

· Provide technical and product related support to assist customers in selecting the right spare parts for their application.

· Work closely with customer service teams.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, new products and best practices.

· Manage QBR’s with key accounts.

REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS

· Aviation knowledge with a background in technical sales in GSE or automotive parts.

· Strong sales, communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

· Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills.

· Must be able to work independently, stay focused, and remain self-motivated.

· Computer literacy with fluency in basic Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Ability to travel.

· Ability to be badged for airport access where applicable.

· Proficiency in French and English.

· College/Trade School preferred.

Base salary plus commission.
