As a Operations intern, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our offers catalog strategy across all business lines, ensuring it aligns with customer needs while maximizing revenue streams.

As part of the FR Operations Management team , your role is to take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, but also to innovate and iterate by seeking proactively improvements , test new ideas, and share learnings to help the team evolve from July for 6 months.

Your responsibilities :

• Be a Team Partner: You'll be the bridge between our departments: training, data, production, quality, and product teams. You’ll help shape how our different departments work together to succeed.

• Analyze Offer Success: You'll monitor how our offers are performing with both our sales teams and our customers. Tracking their reception, you'll provide honest feedback that helps us grow.

• Boost Validation Funnel Success: You'll play a key role in our product validation process, tracking each offer's journey and helping to improve conversion rates at every step.

• Lead Cross-Selling Strategies: Identify new ways to increase the average spend per customer through targeted, data-driven initiatives.

• Innovate and Experiment: You’ll be at the forefront of our new offer development, helping to identify, test, and launch solutions that directly meet our customers' needs.
