Opening line

We are looking for a Confirmed Clinical Data Analyst / Biostatistician to conduct retrospective studies using large clinical and healthcare administrative datasets. This role involves analyzing data to generate insights for improving patient outcomes and contributing to research. Requires strong analytical and statistical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Your missions
As Confirmed Clinical Data Analyst, and reporting to Giulia (Head of Clinical Affairs) here are your key responsibilities:

• Statistical strategy: Lead the end-to-end biostatistical process, from initial study design and SAP authoring to final SAR reporting
• Advanced modeling: Execute robust statistical analyses on longitudinal datasets, ensuring appropriate methodologies are used to mitigate common observational study biases.
• Outcome reporting: Evaluate clinical and healthcare resource utilization metrics to support scientific evidence generation.
• Scientific collaboration: Provide the statistical foundation for peer-reviewed publications and high-impact international congress submissions.

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills. Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

Your background

• Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science , or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Proven experience in Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Advanced Survival Analysis
• Database experience: Proven expertise in working with large-scale administrative claims databases, specifically the French SNDS/PMSI or similar national health data systems.
• Advanced statistics: Strong command of survival analysis and causal inference methodologies, with expertise in longitudinal modeling and complex weighting schemes to address selection and confounding biases.
• Epidemiological rigor: Experience in managing complex inclusion/exclusion criteria and mitigating common observational study biases.

Your hard skills

• Methodological expertise: Strong command of longitudinal data modeling and causal inference techniques to address selection and confounding biases.
• Clinical documentation: Ability to design and draft formal Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP) and Statistical Analysis Reports (SAR)
• Proficiency in software: Expert-level skills in SQL and R or Python for advanced statistical computing.
• Data management: Advanced understanding of data manipulation and the ability to define and implement complex inclusion/exclusion criteria.

• Delivery ownership: Strong sense of responsibility and rigor in task follow-up, with a proven ability to meet delivery commitments and deadlines.
• Estimation skills: High ability to analyze requirements and provide reliable timelines for complex statistical workflows.

• Fluent in both English and French

• For this job (type of contract), you have a base salary depending on your experience
• Eligible for stock option (BSPCEs) according to the company's existing rules
