What You'll Do
Our world is being driven by digital and at BCG we are at the heart of it. In DigitalBCG, you would use your expertise and generalist consulting skillset to help CEOs and their teams solve their most pressing challenges, and think about how digital and technology will change the shape of their business.You would help your clients answer questions such as 'How will AI disrupt my business model?', 'How can businesses use data and analytics to create highly-personalized outreach delivered through a seamless omnichannel experience?', 'How can I ship higher quality digital services to my customers faster by using agile?' and much more.As a member of our team, you would work on a variety of these topics, applying your consulting skills to strategic digital, technology, and digital transformation questions.As a DigitalBCG Project Leader/Principal you will manage and lead the holistic program for clients, from scoping the work to day-to-day execution to ensure successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement. You will also lead, inspire and develop your team to help advance their consulting and digital skills, including sharing knowledge and experience, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow. Finally, as a DigitalBCG Principal you will contribute to BCG's intellectual capital, defining industry leading thinking, contributing to the Practice Area development and helping build BCG's brand as a digital leader.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:

• Have 8+ years' consulting experience, including leading consulting teams
• Have held a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experience
• Have an outstanding academic track record from a leading university
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
