Job Overview

We're looking for a Brand Marketing & Event Intern to join our Paris-based internship team. You'll support the marketing of efficy CRM , our enterprise-grade solution for scaling and compliance-driven organisations, working across email campaigns, event coordination, and partner relations. You'll collaborate closely with both marketing and sales colleagues, take ownership of real projects, and see the impact of your work from day one. Your team can't wait to welcome you!

What you'll be doing

• Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications

• Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data

• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings

• Handle event logistics including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications

• Act as a day-to-day contact point with professional associations and industry bodies efficy collaborates with

• Coordinate joint initiatives, event co-sponsorships, and communication touchpoints with partners

• Maintain contact database hygiene and segmentation accuracy in our CRM and marketing automation tools

Who you are

• In the final year of your Master's in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or already have an internship experience and know how to hit the ground running

• Available for 6 months, with a university internship agreement

• Genuinely curious about email marketing, event management, and B2B ecosystems

• Detail-oriented and organised, whether it's a campaign send or an event run-of-show, you care about getting things right

• Comfortable with data: you like digging into results and drawing actionable conclusions

• Interested in marketing technologies and CRM tools, as well as AI-powered platforms like Claude (prior experience is a plus)

• Proactive and communicative, able to work closely with both marketing and sales teams

• Native level in French

• Fluent in English
