You will also lead, inspire and develop your team to help advance their consulting and digital skills, including sharing knowledge and experience, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow. Finally, as a DigitalBCG Principal you will contribute to BCG's intellectual capital, defining industry leading thinking, contributing to the Practice Area development and helping build BCG's brand as a digital leader.What You'll BringWe're looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:Have 8+ years' consulting experience, including leading consulting teams Have held a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experienceHave an outstanding academic track record from a leading universityHave excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and FrenchWho You'll Work WithWho You'll Work WithYou will work with senior leaders from both BCG and clients to transform our clients' organizations.
