The Proto team sits at the intersection of product and customer, turning advanced technology into meaningful, real-world solutions. You will be deeply involved in both client-facing and internal projects, ensuring Mistral’s capabilities directly address business needs and drive measurable value.You will translate complex, often ambiguous business requirements into engineered solutions that work at scale. In this role, you guide technical decisions, collaborate closely with internal teams and customers, and help shape product direction by pressure-testing what’s possible. Your work will unlock new business opportunities and help drive continuous product improvement.What You Will DoDeliver end-to-end full-stack AI solutions from project scoping through deploymentPartner with customers to clarify needs, define requirements, and architect robust systemsShip ready-to-use applications for both clients and Mistral’s internal teamsLead architecture and technical choices, ensuring solutions are scalable and reliableDiagnose and solve complex technical problems across various industries and use casesContribute to internal tools, product improvements, and open-source initiativesEvaluate and integrate new technology capabilities into existing systemsWhat We're Looking ForAt least 2 years building and deploying production AI products or systemsStrong experience with vibe coding tool, with high regards for clean code & high architecture standardsExperience working with modern GenAI stacks with expertise in RAG, Agent, Evaluation & Orchestration.Strong Python skills, with experience in scalable backend frameworks like FastAPIFamiliarity with frontend development, ideally using frameworks such as React or VueAbility to quickly understand business needs and translate them into technical plansSkilled at explaining complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholdersTrack record of collaborating effectively across different teamsWhat We OfferWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
