Role Overview

We're looking for an autonomous Product Designer who excels in both UX and UI to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you'll shape the user experience of our mobile-first financial products, driving innovation and growth while maintaining a keen eye on industry trends.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric mobile experiences for our financial product
• Proactively identify issues in our current designs and workflows and implement solutions
• Stay ahead of fintech industry trends and competitor offerings to propose innovative features
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Contribute to our design system and maintain consistent user experiences

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in mobile product design with a strong mobile-first portfolio
• Experience designing for fintech or B2C financial applications preferred
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions autonomously
• Data-driven approach to design decisions with experience in analytics and user testing
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and comfort with ambiguity
• Knowledge of industry tools (we use Figma)
