As we scale, we're hiring a dedicated GTM RevOps Manager to structure our sales processes, equip our teams, and drive performance with precision. You'll own the operational backbone of our GTM engine across three core pillars:

• Audit existing processes across sales, CS, and marketing

• Map friction points across the funnel

• Design and deploy CRM workflows

• Standardize sales stages across markets

• Document and own process definitions

Pillar 2 — Performance & Dashboards
Turn data into decisions, for managers and leadership alike.

• Define the core GTM KPIs

• Build dashboards for team leads and C-level

• Track pipeline, conversion, retention, NRR

• Run weekly performance reviews and alerts

• Consolidate data across four markets

Bereich 3 — Manager Enablement
Make sure process and data actually reach the field.

• Train managers on tools and dashboards

• Build operational management kits (rituals, review templates)

• Coach on data reading and interpretation

• Support the cascade of processes to frontline teams

• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with business leads

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years in RevOps, BizOps, or Sales Operations

• B2B SaaS or insurtech/fintech background

• Strong CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred) and BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or equivalent)

• Data-first mindset — comfortable with SQL or equivalent

• Track record of working cross-functionally with sales, CS, and marketing

• Fluent in German and French; English also required, Spanish is a plus
