Research Associate Position in Regenerative Medicine - B3OA Laboratory, Paris

The B3OA laboratory invites applications for a Research Associate (Chargé de Recherche) position. We are looking for an ambitious scientist ready to develop and lead an independent research program at the forefront of osteoarticular repair.

About us
Founded in 1977, the Laboratory of Osteoarticular Biology, Bioengineering and Bioimaging (B3OA) – UMR CNRS 7052 / INSERM U1271 – has built internationally recognized expertise in skeletal tissue reconstruction and imaging, at the crossroads of biology, medicine, and engineering. Our team brings together orthopaedic surgeons, dentists, veterinarians, biologists, biochemists, and engineers , working side by side to design cutting-edge strategies for bone and joint repair. The B3OA is affiliated with leading French research and teaching institutions: the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale (INSERM), Université Paris Cité, and the École Nationale Vétérinaire d'Alfort (ENVA). It is centrally located in Paris, offering an outstanding scientific and cultural environment.

Our lab offers:

• State-of-the-art facilities for molecular and cellular biology, histology, advanced imaging, and animal models

• Starting gross monthly salary from €2,358, increasing with experience, plus an annual research bonus of €4,200.

Who we’re looking for
We welcome applications from motivated and talented researchers eager to pursue innovative projects in regenerative medicine for osteoarticular repair :

• You hold a PhD and have completed at least two years of postdoctoral experience .
• You have a solid scientific track record, with at least two peer-reviewed publications from your doctoral work and two or more additional publications during your postdoctoral position
• You are driven, creative, and collaborative, with the ambition to build your own research program in a multidisciplinary environment

Selection process
