PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.
Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs. The apprentice will assist the Performance and Organization manager in its different mission and in the management of several projects. He/she will contribute to ensure that the company is structured and efficient enough to support the business and company’s growth.
Main responsabilities :
Organisation and Performance :
- Contribute to support company’s strategy and performance management (Objective Key Results, Balanced Scorecard)
- Support the definition and follow up of the company's various roadmaps in coordination with the roadmap owners (workshops organization and facilitation, implementation of follow up tools, communication...)
- Organize data collection of performance indicators and update the Company balanced scorecard
- Follow action plans to improve Company's performance
Project Management :
Support transverse transformation projects in collaboration with other departments :
- Collect needs
- Assist project committees organization
- Monitor action plan implementation progress
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders for coordination
- Support change management activities
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements
- Identify project risks and escalate issues
Examples of current projects are the following :
- ESG strategy implementation
- Target Operating Model definition
- Opportunity analysis for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence
- ISO27001 certification and others
Knowledge management (KM )
- Update the KM strategy and contribute to define guidelines
- Organize regular coordination and steering meetings with TeamSpace owners/ambassadors
- Coordinate content collection and updates
- Provide functional support to collaborators
- Conduct onboarding and ad-hoc training sessions
About you
Required degree : Master’s level (Bac +4/5) from a business school
Hard skills :
- Project and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to lead small training sessions / meetings
- Familiarity with Notion (optional)
- Basic knowledge of CSR/ESG topics (optional)
Soft skills :
- You are self motivated, rigorous and organized
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Curiosity and openness to explore diverse topics
