We’re looking for a skilled Product Manager to join the Work & Automation Tribe, helping companies digitize processes, automate routine work, and enable workers and managers to act fast. Millions still rely on paper forms and manual checklists. We’re changing that by giving organizations a modern way to streamline operations and empower their people.

At the heart of this mission is the Action Team – your future team. We build tools that make work seamless: from smart forms to automated workflows and task management. Our goal: make it effortless for employees and managers to get work done quickly, safely, and with confidence.

* Role *

As a Product Manager in the Action team, you will…

• Set and communicate the vision and strategy for how workers use some of our operational functionalities to execute day-to-day work.

• Own the team roadmap by prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities, manage trade-offs, and coordinate dependencies with other product areas (content, mobile platform, AI, etc.).

• Deeply understand your users by spending time with frontline managers, workers, and admins to uncover pain points and transform them into valuable, easy-to-use solutions.

• Deliver and iterate quickly by partnering with Engineering, Design, and our AI Platform team to test and scale features that drive measurable adoption and ROI.

• Collaborate across the company by working with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring new capabilities to market and ensure they’re embraced by our customers.

• Increased adoption & engagement of Work & Automation features.

• A clear, data-informed roadmap that accelerates LumApps’ growth in frontline-centric industries.

• Smooth collaboration across teams and stakeholders, influencing strategy beyond your immediate scope.

* Skills *

• Minimum 3-5 years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally enterprise or workflow-heavy.

• Track record of shipping impactful features end-to-end , from discovery to adoption.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams in a cross-functional environment.

• Ability to use data & customer insights to make decisions (quantitative + qualitative).

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with business-level fluency in English.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI/LLM-powered features in SaaS.

• Familiarity with mobile user experience .

• Exposure to enterprise workflow, automation, or process digitization tools.

• Working with frontline or non-desk worker audiences .

• Understanding of Google / Microsoft ecosystem integrations.

• Fluency in French and/or German.
