Job description
As part of the UK team, you will provide direct support to Operations in the day-to-day management of our flows. Your main tasks will be:
Transport support and qualification: helping to put transports online on our platform, verifying information, monitoring assignments.
Operational monitoring: ensuring that transports run smoothly, reporting anomalies and proposing quick solutions.
Customer quality & processes: contributing to the monitoring of customer process implementation, analysing discrepancies and participating in continuous improvement.
Requirements
Student at a business school, management school or university (Bac+3/4 level).
Seeking a 4- to 6-month internship.
Organised, thorough and detail-oriented.
Good interpersonal skills and keen to work in a team.
Interest in the world of start-ups and logistics.
You are English native.
