The Software & Fintech team has an unparalleled track record having closed 36 transactions over the past 36 months, 72% of these involved European PE sponsorsExposure to cross-border deals with our international teams (Munich, London, Stockholm, Oslo & New York)Executing transactions including the leading and management of the deal execution processBuilding origination and business development skillsManagement and training of more junior team membersSupporting senior bankers and contributing to the overall development of the team and franchise.Requirements:Between 4 - 8 years’ previous investment banking experience from an investment bank, boutique or Big 4 transaction services or M&A teamDeal experience in Tech or TMT would be a plusInterest in tech, innovation, growth, etc. As a VP, capable of leading a deal teamOutstanding academic track recordFluent in English and FrenchExceptional analytical and financial skillsSelf-starter and motivated to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial teamStrong team player with good team building and development skills.
