Senior Programs & Business Operations Manager

They are currently looking for a Senior Programs and Business Operations Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium who will work with the Country Manager for France and Benelux (based in Paris) to develop and execute strategies to grow the success of the Platform in your territory.

Job Description

As a Senior Programs and Business Operations Manager, you will:

• Build and finalize the Business Plan in the Netherlands and in Belgium to grow communities, by defining the key strategic priorities and listing the relevant levers against them in collaboration with all the cross-functional teams and the Country Manager.
• Be the point of contact and align all the functions in order to achieve the objectives set up with the Country Manager.
• Implement in place the adequate execution system (e.g. cross-functional meetings, 1to1s...) to ensure the objectives are reached
• Monitor the activity (growth, efficiency) and prepare the monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Conduct the relevant analyses to deep-dive on the relevant topics, identify potential new opportunities, and drive key business decisions with the Country Manager
• Support leadership team in planning, budget and long-term strategy definition
• Nurture the relationship with 2 current partners in France in the banking sector; and potentially identify and start partnerships discussions with relevant partners in the NL.
• You will also drive (and potentially source) a few growth-driven partnerships.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to Management consulting and/or project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven experience operating within the Netherlands/Dutch market, with a strong grasp of local business practices, trends, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and business backgrounds as well as an understanding of strategic partnerships and/or marketing and operations. SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments in B2C tech companies
• Hands-on approach, getting things done fast
• Ability to frame issues and develop hypotheses to solve issues
• Ability to multi-task by organizing and prioritizing work and coordinating required support across various functions to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English required
