As a QA Manager, you will be the CTO's right hand to ensure product quality at scale and turn QA into a true performance lever.

Your responsibilities :

• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing QA team responsible for the quality across 7 engineering squads.
• Define and drive a QA strategy strongly focused on automation while balancing smart manual testing where it makes sense.
• Proactively initiate and push QA projects that raise the bar on reliability, scalability, and speed of delivery.
• Ensure quality standards are embedded early in the development cycle by collaborating directly with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting that reflect real business impact (velocity + excellence).
• Adapt team allocation dynamically based on company priorities, ensuring the right people focus on the right challenges.
• Guarantee production Quality of Service while continuously raising efficiency and reducing bottlenecks.
• Promote a quality mindset and culture across the teams, encouraging ownership and continuous improvement.

Our Stack:

• Testing: Xray, Cypress, Selenium, Pytest, Jasmine
• Backend: Python / Django, Django REST Framework, FastAPI
• Frontend: Angular 15, Redux (Ngrx), TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS
• Others: Celery, Redis, Github Actions

Your profile :

• Strong understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and automation frameworks.
• Proven management experience: you know how to organize, dispatch, and scale teams dynamically.
• Track record of driving impactful QA initiatives, not just maintaining processes.
• Hands-on technical background in software development and automation tools.
• Problem-solver mindset: you anticipate risks and remove blockers fast.
• Excellent communicator, capable of direct, action-oriented discussions (not endless meetings).
• Previous experience in a product company
