What type of breed are we looking for?
Our pack in France is growing fast, and our partners are ready for more. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to take the leash on some of our most important relationships.
Team Growth or Team Loyalty? Good news: in this role, you’ll need both.
You’ll own a key portfolio, build strong, lasting partnerships, and be the trusted go-to for your customers. From spotting opportunities to delivering solutions that truly land, you’ll guide every step of the journey.
Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help turn big ambitions into real results, driving growth, hitting targets, and keeping satisfaction tails wagging.
What is in your bowl?
A big scoop of ownership, relationship-building, and commercial impact. You’ll get to:
Take the lead as the go-to for your key accounts, owning every interaction from first contact to long-term partnership.
Build strong, lasting relationships that go beyond business — spotting opportunities for shared growth along the way.
Act as a trusted advisor to your customers, from day-to-day stakeholders to executive level.
Turn customer needs into solutions that land — delivered on time and on point.
Keep everyone aligned with clear updates on performance, priorities, and progress.
Unlock growth within your accounts by identifying new opportunities and driving results.
Track performance, forecast ahead, and keep a close eye on what’s next.
Work hand-in-paw with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply to deliver seamless success.
Negotiate smartly and close deals that create value for everyone.
What skills & tricks should you bring?
3 to 7 years of experience in (Key) Account Management, sales, or commercial roles.
A natural relationship builder who can influence and inspire at every level.
Strong commercial instinct, with a knack for turning needs into solutions.
Sharp organisational skills — juggling multiple accounts with ease and precision.
Confident communicator, negotiator, and presenter.
Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
Fluent in French and English.
