Contexte de la mission

The Enterprise Architecture department is composed of 8 highly experienced Enterprise Architects and operates as an extended team including 3 transversal Solution Architects from technical team. We are looking to strengthen the team with 2 Enterprise Architects who have 3 to 5 years of experience in this field.

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the architectural scope of the sub-domain assigned to them. They collaborate closely within the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure a consistent and consolidated enterprise-wide vision, as well as with delivery teams – both business and technical (organized in tribes) – and transversal functions such as governance, security, and centers of expertise.

Responsabilités

For the assigned sub-domain:

Refine and maintain the architectural vision for the sub-domain assigned.

Perform architecture assessments and studies.

Lead Design Authority sessions and contribute to architecture board.

Keep the enterprise architecture repository up to date.

Support the governance team in the execution of its activities.

Compétences requises

Knowledge of TOGAF and hands-on experience with at least one architecture repository

Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture activities

Studies (impact, gap analysis, …), HLD

Value-driven scenarios (risks and coverage, technical debt and monitoring, benefits/costs, key milestones, trajectories, …)

Functional, application and data landscape documentation

Methodological guides / best practices

Contribution to governance bodies

Aptitude and enthusiasm for teamwork (frequent interaction with many stakeholders)

Skills in time and activity management

Active listening skills and writing skills

Understanding of modern development technologies (Cloud, CI/CD, …)

Fluent English (written and spoken). A large part of the communication is in English, and all written deliverables are produced in English.

Knowledge / initial experience in the trade insurance domain.

Knowledge / initial experience in one or more of the following subjects:

Agility at scale

Event-Driven architecture

Domain-Driven Design

Security – Privacy by design

Cloud first (zero trust architecture)

Micro-servitization

Agentic AI

SAP ecosystem (SAP HANA, BW,…)

Ability to learn quickly client in-house context and issues

Start date: Early January 2026 – can be adjusted depending on availability

Duration: 6 months, renewable

Location: La Défense / remotely (up to 2 days / week)

Language(s): Fluent in English, all communication needs to be in English
