We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement & contract manager to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring that our contracts align with company objectives, mitigate risks, and drive value through effective negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, exceptional negotiation skills, and experience in managing complex procurement contracts.

Your next missions :

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.

- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to align contract terms with business goals.

- Lead contract negotiations to secure the best commercial and legal terms while
fostering strong supplier relationships.

- Monitor contract performance, enforce obligations, and manage contract renewals or terminations as needed.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in procurement and contract management.

- Develop and maintain contract templates, guidelines, and policies to standardize processes and improve efficiency.

- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract management best practices.

Expected skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, or
  a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management & procurement.

• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to balance business objectives and legal considerations.

• Knowledge of contract law, compliance regulations, and risk management principles is a real plus.

• Experience managing complex supplier contracts and agreements. 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and
  collaborate across departments.

• Proficiency in contract management software and procurement tools is a plus.

• Fluent in French & English (German is a nice to have)
