Product Owner / IT Project Manager - Freelance
Project context
As part of the development of an HR / Recruitment business application, our client in the energy sector is looking for a Product Owner / IT Project Manager.
The project consists in designing a custom ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tailored to the client’s specific processes, with the objective of optimizing and securing the recruitment workflow in a complex business environment.
Responsibilities
Gather and formalize business requirements
Write User Stories / functional specifications
Manage and prioritize the backlog
Interface with technical team
Project planning and progress follow-up
Test plan definition and functional testing / UAT
Project reporting
User training and support
