Now, we are opening a new line of business in France : the creation of Digital Hubs; centers of digital excellence designed to deliver top-tier transformation services for French clients, executed from Spain by our multidisciplinary teams in Design, Data, and Technology .

Your mission

As Business Development Lead – France , you will be the driving force behind Garaje de Ideas’ expansion in the French market .

Your mission is to build our presence, identify new opportunities, and establish long-term partnerships with leading organizations that want to accelerate their digital transformation.

You will act as the face of Garaje in France , connecting French clients with our delivery hubs in Spain, ensuring a seamless and high-impact collaboration model.

What you’ll do

• Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for Garaje de Ideas in France.
• Identify, engage, and convert strategic clients across industries such as banking, energy, healthcare, and retail.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level or executives , understanding their challenges and connecting them with our digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and delivery teams in Spain to shape proposals, coordinate projects, and ensure excellence .
• Represent Garaje de Ideas at industry events, meetings, and conferences in France.
• Contribute to building the brand awareness and positioning of Garaje as a trusted digital partner in the French market.

Who you are:

• Native French speaker, fluent in English (mandatory) – daily collaboration with our international teams.
• Spanish is a strong plus and recommended , as you’ll interact frequently with colleagues in Spain.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, consulting sales, or digital services. Deep understanding of digital transformation, UX/UI design, data, or technology. Entrepreneurial mindset – autonomous, proactive, and motivated to build from scratch.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach. A relationship builder who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and international environments.
