Mission

As part of the Digital Value team of consultants, you will participate in the following missions:

• Strategic buy-side & sell-side due diligence on innovative companies related to digital and tech: study of market dynamics and competitive positioning, analysis of data to understand the main business drivers, analysis of historical performance drivers, assessment of the growth potential and of the robustness of the business plan, construction of models to measure the sensitivity of the business plan to the key hypotheses.
• Value creation plans for the portfolio companies of Private Equity funds: identification of growth levers, definition of value creation roadmaps, assistance with strategic repositioning (offer, pricing, distribution and communication policy) and with the automation of processes with AI.

The common feature of these missions is their complexity, and high added value of the solution to our clients.

Background

You are from an engineering grande école or business school.

Junior consultants: we recruit our junior consultants mainly following an end-of-study internship. Each year we offer a limited number of internships for end-of-study students, with the aim of subsequently hiring them.

Senior consultants and managers: you can also join Digital Value after a first professional experience in strategy or marketing consulting, data analytics or Private Equity.
