Italian Business Developer (Flagrance, Beauty, FMCG) - Salary €65K+ Commissions - CDI - Paris Centre + Télétravail
We are looking for a highly motivated Italian / English speaking Business Developer to join a fast-growing company in the Fluence, Beauty, and FMCG sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hunting-focused sales role, with a passion for building new business relationships, particularly in Italy and Spain. About the Role: As an Italian speaking Business Developer / Partnership Manager, your mission will be to drive new business within the Beauty, Fragrance, and FMCG industries, with a focus on the Italian and Spanish markets. This is a new business role - once you close deals, clients will be handed over to Account Managers for ongoing relationship management. Your job will always be to hunt for new opportunities and develop fresh business relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and drive new business relationships with leading beauty and FMCG brands in Italy and Spain.
- Prospect, engage, and win new clients, ensuring a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, lead negotiations, and close deals.
- Transfer closed clients to the Account Management team for implementation and ongoing management, but always continue prospecting for new business.
- Keep track of the sales pipeline, report regularly on progress, and ensure targets are met.
- Attend relevant industry events to network and promote the company within the beauty and FMCG sectors.
- Competitive base salary of €65K+, plus uncapped commissions.
- Flexible working environment with 2 days in the office (Paris Centre).

- Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish/French are a plus, but not required).
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the beauty, fragrance, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong hunting mentality - constantly prospecting for new business and closing deals.
- High level of negotiation skills and experience with long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
